KOTA TINGGI, July 14 — The Judicial Appointments Commission (JAC) Act 2009 does not carry binding authority in the appointment of judges, said Minister in the Prime Minister’s Department (Law and Institutional Reform) Datuk Seri Azalina Othman Said.
